1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one active account on the Wajik88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and primary residential address. Wajik88 serves players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, and Johor Bahru.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Wajik88 applies mandatory KYC verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Wajik88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Wajik88 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Wajik88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits and applicable processing times: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u / MAE, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Visa and Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Wajik88 does not charge deposit fees on Malaysian payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly (e-wallets, DuitNow) or within 5–15 minutes (FPX bank transfer).

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Pending KYC documentation may delay withdrawal processing.
• Wajik88 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire up to 60 minutes. These are target times and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.
• Wajik88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals it considers unusual or high-risk, which may result in extended processing times.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Wajik88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Wajik88 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier and any eligible game restrictions will be clearly stated in each promotion's details. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Wajik88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of arbitrage strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, Wajik88 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or terminate the affected account(s), and recover any funds paid as a result of such abuse.

6.4 Loyalty Programme

Wajik88 operates a three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) that rewards consistent players with cashback, reload bonuses, personalised offers, and enhanced withdrawal priority. Tier eligibility, point accrual rates, and benefit schedules are as described on the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Wajik88 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market, odds, and stake amount — prior to confirmation. Wajik88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Clause 7.3 below.

7.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed (including but not limited to "palpable errors" or "palps"), Wajik88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, postponement beyond a specified period, manifest pricing error, or any other circumstance identified in the specific sport or game rules applicable to the market. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Player's account balance.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Wajik88 applies maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period, details of which are available in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. Where a Player's winnings from a single bet or accumulator exceed the applicable maximum payout, winnings will be capped at the stated limit.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wajik88 platform:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by Wajik88

Wajik88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, pending KYC verification, suspected responsible gambling concerns, or regulatory requirements.

12.2 Termination by Wajik88

Wajik88 may terminate a Player's account with written notice (including email notification) where it determines that the Player has materially breached these Terms. Upon termination for material breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Player subject to the completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigations.

12.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Wajik88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real-Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method following KYC clearance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing the operation of the Wajik88 platform and its licensing jurisdiction.
